About the Role

The Business Compliance Consultant role provide an effective and professional governance, advisory & oversight service and assist the business, especially the adviser sales and adviser support teams, by providing day-to-day technical compliance support.

About You 

Successful candidates will possess the following key qualities and experience:

• Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning
• Investment & pensions experience within the financial services industry
• Good awareness of the UK regulatory environment, specifically the FCA Handbook
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work to deadlines
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and the ability to adapt to and engage with multiple technology system
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written, including the ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
