About the Role (FTC - 12 month)
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the fixed term Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring delivery of the marketing plan for your area to key target audience(s) across the group. This will involve managing multiple marketing projects for both lead generation and retention campaigns using traditional and digital communication channels. You will manage a small team to successfully deliver campaigns on key themes and projects to a high standard within budget whilst developing the client experience. This will include oversight of the marketing workflow and management of tasks and production timelines with suppliers across the group in line with business priorities. From time to time, this may extend to include projects for other companies within the group.
About You
Successful candidates will possess the following key qualities and experience:
Broad range of experience supporting in the day-to-day management of a Marketing team, ensuring all activities are undertaken accurately and efficiently
Experience in marketing communications within the financial services sector or agencies
Proven track record of managing supplier and internal stakeholder relationships as well as workload schedules through production meetings using internal systems.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated, pro-active and takes initiative
