About the Role

The Personal Financial Coach serves as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking personal financial guidance and support. The role involves assisting employees of Corporate Clients as well as existing Wealth at Work clients. The successful candidate will represent Wealth at Work in a helpful, polite, and professional manner while supporting both new business opportunities and ongoing client relationships.

About You 

We’re looking for someone who is personable, approachable, and passionate about personal finance. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualities and experience:

• Confident Communicator–Skilled at leading both telephone and virtual meetings in a fast‑paced environment where thinking on your feet is essential
• Business Development - Able to spot opportunities where there may be a need for regulated financial advice or other digital services and aid Clients in accessing the most appropriate support.
• Financial Expertise – Strong understanding of retail financial services across the full spectrum.
• Professional Qualifications – Holds, working towards or willing to work towards a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial planning.
• Personable & Enthusiastic – Approachable, engaged and enthusiastic about learning and delivering important topics to a wide range of individuals.
• Digital & Administrative Capability - Confident navigating internal systems, managing diaries and activities for regulated advisers, and supporting clients using digital app‑based investment and guidance tools (my wealth, Global Index, Self Select services).

Wealth at Work, as a Financial Services firm regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, carries out ID and Financial checks at a level appropriate for each role as part of our recruitment process.  Checks are completed through Experian, following a successful interview and conditional offer. Details of these checks are restricted to the People Team and not shared with recruiting managers unless specific permission is sought and agreed in writing.
